NCT Estate Agents is a family-run enterprise with considerable experience in residential property management. The partners, Mervyn and Kathryn Thomas, each have over thirty years of letting experience and the business has had its own residential management department since 1993. It is because we offer a unique blend of up-to-the-minute professional advice along with down-to-earth understanding of our clients’ needs that the company has proved very successful making us by far the largest agency in West Cornwall.
These clients range from a local major housing association, various national companies, charity organisations and solicitors through to landlords with their first buy-to-let mortgage looking to buy property as a retirement plan or for their own future use.
NCT Estate Agents are Licensed ARLA members and were among the first to join the government-sponsored National Approved Letting Scheme. We are also members of the Association of Professional Inventory Providers and the National Association of Estate Agents who require stringent financial compliance checks.
The partnership has always valued on-going training and all letting staff have attended external training courses. The business subscribes to a legal helpline facility to supplement our own extensive experience.
