NCT Estate Agents LLP cover an area of West Cornwall from Lands End to Helston, Hayle and St Ives and provide the following services within that area.

Sales

We specialise in the sale of residential property in all price ranges including building plots and barns for conversion and are able to organise auctions, sales by tender and the normal sales by private treaty.

Property Management

We will organise the medium to long term letting of residential properties normally on a full management basis, but under certain circumstances, will consider a letting only service.  Our staff are well trained and able to deal with the numerous legal issues relating to the letting of property including the use of court procedures, without resorting to solicitors.  We manage properties for both single buy-to-let owners, as well as for larger organisations and property portfolios.

Valuations

In addition to the valuation of properties for sale and letting via our agency, we are able to provide professional valuations for divorce, probate and tax purposes.

Commercial Property

We handle the day-to-day management of commercial properties under management, including the letting of managed properties, but do not sell or let unmanaged premises.

Auctions

We offer a comprehensive auction solution providing a depth of both auction and local knowledge, as well as support through what can be a very effective means of selling property.  We employ external auctioneers to undertake the auction day and will advise on the most suitable auctioneer for the property on an individual basis.
